Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviewing patients and/or representatives for registration data and financial information.
• Manage incoming calls and provide information to patients.
• Greet patients and guide them to services.
• Schedule and preschedule patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain precertifications/authorizations when applicable.
• Collect co-payments, deductibles, and other payments; provide cost estimates when needed.
• Set up new patient records via Care Connect.
• Coordinate with payers and departments as needed.
