Qualifications

• Mature judgment when dealing with patients, physicians and insurance reps.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic database tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABNs as needed.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization issues.
• Register patients for services and verify insurance details.
• Maintain accurate patient and payer communications and provide excellent service.
• Support PBX coverage and cashiering duties as assigned.
