Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Customer Service-focused position in Louisville, CO to support Medicare compliance reviews and patient financial interactions. You will verify patient data, obtain pre-authorizations, and communicate with insurers to ensure coverage and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle and patient access.
• Familiarity with Medicare processes and ABN requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Medicare compliance reviews and issues ABNs as needed.
• Registers patients and verifies demographics and insurance details.
• Coordinates with utilization management for pre-authorizations and billing.
• Provides exceptional customer service and documents communications.
• Collaborates with clinical, ancillary and access teams to improve patient experience.
• Performs cashiering tasks and helps with PBX coverage as needed.
