Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• 1+ years of revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Medicare compliance reviews and issues Advance Beneficiary Notices of Noncoverage as needed.
• Creates estimates for patient financial responsibility and collects payments or sets up payment plans.
• Coordinates with utilization management for pre-authorization issues and provides necessary information to patients.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and obtains pre-authorizations within required timeframes.
