Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and prepare estimates of patient financial responsibility.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization issues and verify eligibility with insurers.
• Register patients for services and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Provide excellent customer service and document conversations with patients and payers.
• Operate PBX and perform cashiering functions with accuracy.
