Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Patient Access Representatives with registration procedures and insurance verification.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in patient access workflows and policies.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling for accurate registration and check-in processes.
• Handle escalated patient inquiries and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to address patient care needs and access processes.
• Conduct quality assurance audits of registration data and documentation for accuracy.
• Assist with training new staff and ongoing education on policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs related to registration accuracy, wait times, and patient satisfaction.
