• Register patients by confirming and updating demographic data in the registration system.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards and IDs, and signatures on forms.
• Assist patients with forms to meet regulatory and billing needs; educate on financial assistance.
• Proactively request payments for current and past medical services and process payments.
