Job summary

Physicians Premier in Cibolo, TX, is hiring a Front Office Administrator to greet patients, register for care, verify insurance, and collect payment at service time.

You will support the Nurse Manager and other staff, maintain HIPAA compliance, and keep the front desk organized and welcoming.

This role requires a High School diploma and clerical experience; CPR is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years clerical support experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for evaluation and treatment.
• Verify medical insurance and collect payment at time of service.
• Maintain clean and neat appearance at front desk.
• Provide administrative support to Nurse Manager/Facility Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and staff information.
• Answer calls politely and transfer when needed.
• Attend Patient Service Representative meetings as scheduled.
