Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills required; medical terminology preferred.
• Experience in medical office settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make patient appointments and reminder calls.
• Greet and register all patients.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and enter into the system.
• Collect co-pays and other payments and prepare daily deposit & reconciliation report.
• Receive and relay phone messages to and from providers and log them appropriately.
• Provide clerical/secretarial support such as typing correspondence, sorting mail, processing faxes, and ordering supplies.
