Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume admissions workflows and real-time financial clearance.
• Maintain accurate patient lookups and ensure data integrity in EHR.
• Coordinate pre-service estimation and no-surprises act requirements.
• Triage inquiries from patients, payers, and clinical staff and support revenue cycle goals.
• Navigate insurance verification, COB, and authorization processes for inpatient stays.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Rush campuses to standardize workflows.
• Provide compassionate financial counseling and facilitate payment arrangements.
