Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health is hiring a Patient Access Specialist to greet patients, families and visitors and ensure a smooth check-in to check-out experience across our health centers in central Indiana. You will verify information, assist with scheduling, and support front-desk operations to maintain accurate patient records and efficient service.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, healthcare front office exposure, and solid computer skills with Google Suite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum one year healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with Google Suite.
• Previous insurance billing experience preferred.
• EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient flow from check-in to check-out.
• Ensure all information is complete and accurate to maintain patient records.
• Support front-desk operations and provide excellent patient service.
