Job summary

Shady Grove Medical Center is seeking an experienced Patient Access ED Registrar to support our mission of compassionate care. You will originate patient records, verify insurance, and help meet service and collection goals while delivering excellent patient service.

The role is part-time (20 hrs/week) with rotating evening/night shifts. Prior hospital or clinic experience and strong interpersonal skills are preferred, with full benefits and employee parking available upon hire.

• 6 months to 1-year previous hospital or doctor's office experience preferred.
• Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and PC skills.

Pay Range:

$18.80 - $24.30 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
