• Verifies and enters insurance information and authorizations.
• Counsels patients on financial liability using counseling tools.
• Supports scheduling activities including pre-service verification.
• Gathers information on patient concerns and resolves issues with professionalism.
• Ensures accurate completion of assigned duties and may take on additional tasks.
