Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an office or call center setting
• 1+ years of professional experience in a hospital or medical setting
• Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
• Ability to work Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with clinical and ancillary department representatives, leadership, payer contacts, consultants, and others as needed
• Focuses on special projects, data collection and interpretation, or operational reporting
• Identifies needs or trends and escalates to leadership
• Maintains monthly statistical information and distributes it to recipients
• Supports multiple hospital departments to resolve registration issues and ensure smooth workflows
