Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a timely and friendly manner.
• Ensure all customers are treated with respect.
• Verify and document demographic and insurance information.
• Explain forms and obtain required signatures.
• Verify insurance coverage and initiate financial clearance.
• Meet department goals for accuracy and productivity.
• Provide back-up cashier support as needed.
