Job summary

ENT & Allergy Specialists of Western PA in Sewickley, PA is hiring a full-time Patient Access Coordinator. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 7:30am–4:30pm.

Salary range is $18.00–$25.00 per hour with a $1,000 retention bonus. Excellent benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical/vision/dental, life/AD&D, disability, pension, profit-sharing & 401K, uniform reimbursement and mileage for inter-office travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR and patient data entry.
• Ability to educate patients on copayments and financial obligations.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and insurance verifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in EMR/patient data entry and welcoming patients upon arrival.
• Educate patients on copayments and financial obligations and collect payments.
• Schedule appointments, tests, and insurance authorizations and verification.
• Assist in ENT clinics to provide support to patients and clinicians.
