Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Professional and courteous interaction with patients, colleagues and managers.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting or health insurance environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EMR system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Manage patient check-in and checkout processes.
• Answer calls regarding appointments, requests, and inquiries.
• Verify and update patient insurance information as needed.
• Assist with collecting patient payments and basic billing tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
