• Gather and verify demographic and financial information; explain insurance benefits and collect co-pays, deductibles and self-pay portions due.
• Balances cash drawer daily and manages deposits.
• Adapts communication to patient population; maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Support multiple functions across patient and payer types.
