Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and check them in/out.
• Register patients and verify demographic/insurance information.
• Collect copays and prepare for visit closure.
• Provide directions and assist with wayfinding.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and route to appropriate staff.
• Assist with clerical tasks: scanning, faxing, copying.
• Ensure front desk and waiting areas are clean and presentable.
