Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks an Admitting & Registration Clerk to process patient preadmission and admission data, enter information into the hospital computer system, and maintain data quality. This role serves as a liaison between patients, financial counselors and hospital patient accounting within the Patient Admissions Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1 year experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures.
• Experience with hospital information systems or word processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process patient preadmission and admission data.
• Enter data into the hospital computer system.
• Maintain data quality for each preadmission and admission.
• Liaise between patients, financial counselors and patient accounting.
