Qualifications

• Excellence in verbal and written communication, computing and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and release petty cash bags to Patient Access Registrars.
• Reconcile petty cash bags to ensure consistency of issued amounts.
• Collect and post copayments, self-pay deposits or private room charges in the electronic POS system.
• Verify monies from Ancillary Departments and prepare daily deposits.
• Accept patient valuables and validate content lists.
• Document and secure patient valuables, escalate discrepancies.
• Conduct secured valuables inventory audits.
• Follow policy for management of unreleased valuables.
• Provide parking validation to patients/visitors/employees when appropriate.
• Complete work list tasks and communicate professionally with colleagues, patients.
