Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Case Manager/PAP in Patient Access to transform and support patient access programs. The role focuses on benefits verification, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes while coordinating with HCPs, insurers, and pharmacies.

You will participate in launching new programs, ensuring data integrity, adhering to SOPs, and delivering high-quality patient support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment at Amgen.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree with 6+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma with 8+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in regulatory environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify benefits for patients and assist with copay, prior authorization, and reimbursement issues.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from HCPs and patients; enter data into the system.
• Interfaced with health care professionals to explore financial assistance options.
• Support development and optimization of patient access programs and SOP adherence.
• Interact with pharmacies and payors to expedite patient access and therapy initiation.
