Job summary

Elusa Health is seeking a Case Manager to support drug- or treatment-specific prescription processing and benefit coordination. You will liaise with MDOs, assist in authorizations, and guide patients through payer processes to improve access to treatment.

You will handle case communications, transfer prescriptions to specialty pharmacies when needed, and maintain strict confidentiality. Strong customer service and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in healthcare preferred; HS diploma required.
• 1–3 years in medical/healthcare or insurance fields required.
• Experience with pharmacy benefit investigations or adjudication preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases end-to-end from referral to triage and follow-ups.
• Assist with prior authorization and coordination with MDOs.
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain benefit information.
• Relay demographic and benefit data to the appropriate teams.
• Document case information and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
