Job summary

Rural Psychiatry Associates in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, schedule appointments, coordinate access to care, verify insurance, and obtain prior authorizations as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient information, supporting telehealth, and collaborating with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations while upholding HIPAA privacy

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and clear communication are required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new scheduling/EHR systems.
• Healthcare scheduling or EHR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
