Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support patient flow at our Pulmonology clinics, handling check-in, registration and scheduling in collaboration with clinicians. You will assist patients through billing/financial aid and insurance processes while working closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth care delivery.

You will act as a patient advocate, helping patients access care during entry to and through services, and you will collaborate with physicians

Qualifications

• 1 year of Medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PCC position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and support needed for patient flow in clinics.
• Assist with scheduling, clinic operations and related tasks under the direction of a physician or designee.
