• Collects and records vital signs.
• Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering and stocking.
• Accepts payments and co-pays for services during registration.
• Communicates with patients, insurers, and team members to coordinate care.
• Prepares patients for procedures and ensures accurate documentation.
