Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and no experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Coordinates patient registration activities and facilitates access to UTMB services.
• Pre-registers patients and documents third-party coverage, ensuring Medicare/third-party compliance.
• Ensures confidentiality and handles patient information securely.
