Qualifications

• Education and Work Experience: High school diploma or GED; preferred 1 year in a medical office.
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience.
• Must possess strong computer proficiency and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a polite, professional manner and schedule appointments.
• Take accurate messages, process Rx refill requests in Epic, and manage referrals.
• Provide patient information and assist with directions and educational materials.
• Foster high quality customer service and teamwork in the clinic.
