Job summary

Responsibilities

• Efficiently complete patient registration and admission processes.
• Gather, verify, and record patient demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Communicate with insurance companies to confirm benefits and coverage limits.
• Discuss payment plans, co-pays, and out-of-pocket expenses with patients.
• Provide cost estimates for outpatient services and address billing inquiries.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and respond to patient inquiries.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care activities.
• Coordinate with billing and financial departments to resolve account discrepancies.
