Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide answers to inquiries and questions.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide information.
• Handle intervention or referrals with professional customer service, telephonically or in person.
• Provide a variety of support services in day-to-day operations in a health care environment.
• First and ongoing point of contact for all clients by phone or in person.
• Provide scheduling or patient enrollment for services.
