Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent is required or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6 months of relevant clinical/financial services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service while facilitating accurate and timely patient registration and prep for inpatient and outpatient billing.
• Review and verify all payment methods (insurance, self-pay, agency) and patient/insurance information.
• Assist patients in setting up payment arrangements and applying for assistance programs.
• Assist in collecting copayments and deductibles and resolve basic billing inquiries.
