Partnership Health Center is seeking a Patient Services team member for Missoula, MT. The role supports call center activities, registers patients, and processes payments with a focus on compassionate customer service. Training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

The position entails working in a fast-paced healthcare setting with a strong emphasis on patient-centered service and adherence to HIPAA and sliding fee scale policies.

Competenze

• Working knowledge of modern medical office practices is preferred.
• Experience in a Call Center or in a dental/medical office is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Mansioni

• Greets and registers patients for appointments, screens calls, and routes messages to departments.
• Schedules appointments and enters patient information into the system.
• Prints and distributes daily schedules and makes reminder calls to patients.
• Obtains income documentation, determines eligibility, and assists with payment plans.
• Reconciles end-of-day postings with cash on hand and submits daily deposits.
