Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in a Medical Office preferred.
• Knowledge of general office equipment, health insurance, and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Rev Cycle, Insurance Eligibility and Payments: Verify insurance coverage and collect payments to support clean billing.
• Registration and Checkout: Greet patients, update information, complete check-in/out while maintaining confidentiality.
• Scheduling: Schedule appointments and coordinate provider availability.
• Electronic Health Record: Enter and update patient data in the EHR per standards.
• General Office Duties: Front desk duties, answer phones, maintain organized area and assist team.
