Responsibilities

• Monitor the debit and credit of client accounts.
• Post charges and maintain accuracy of patient demographics in the hospital system.
• Provide front desk support by scheduling patient appointments and answering phones.
• Assist with registration, insurance verification and printing of patient reports.
• Train clerical staff in proper registration and printing procedures.
• Handle routine clerical duties and respond to inquiries or complaints about accounts.
