Job summary

Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out when they arrive or depart for appointments
• Answering phone lines to address patient inquiries
• Documenting insurance information, personal information, and payment methods
• Keeping patient files updated
• Communicating important information to patients and medical staff
• Processing payments from patients
• Managing various types of paperwork and obtaining required signatures
• Performing other clerical duties
