Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus in Michigan City, Indiana seeks a Patient Access Representative I to manage preregistration and registration, provide patient financial counseling, and assist with collections of co-payments.

You will work with medical staff and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate data entry, HIPAA compliance, and smooth patient flow across campuses, including Michigan City and Chesterton.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional or vocational training required.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews patient and family to obtain registration information.
• Enter insurance policy numbers and patient billing data accurately.
• Identify patient liabilities and collect co-payments.
• Complete pre-registrations to maintain patient flow.
