• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open the office and prepare for the day, greet patients and vendors.
• Check in patients, collect insurance information and co-pays.
• Check out patients, schedule follow-ups and post payments.
• Answer calls, manage billing questions and route tasks to staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy throughout interactions.
