Responsibilities

• Greet patients, vendors, or any in the office or on the phone with a warm welcome.
• Check in patients, collect payments, and post to patient accounts.
• Check out patients, schedule follow-up appointments, balance transactions daily.
• Verify insurance eligibility and maintain up-to-date demographic information.
• Provide HIPAA information and patient registrations in the EMR.
• Answer general billing questions and escalate as needed.
• Handle opening/closing duties and door security as part of front office operations.
