Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an entry-level Customer Access role, based on-site at Butler Memorial Hospital in Butler, PA. You will handle MRN assignments, eligibility checks, and patient communications while delivering compassionate service.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service experience and a willingness to learn healthcare-specific processes, including ABN usage and POS support. Competitive benefits and ongoing professional growth are offered.

Mansioni

• Patient Access staff assign MRNs and perform medical necessity/compliance checks while providing excellent customer service.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for internal/external calls.
• Explain and distribute patient forms and educate patients.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic/insurance info.
• Review eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and billing processes.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and inform Medicare patients of potential non-payment.
