High School Diploma required, with at least two years of related experience or equivalent. Certification in Medical Terminology and strong oral communication skills preferred. Must have excellent patient relation and customer service skills, a typing speed of at least 40 wpm, and proficiency with personal computers and multiple applications. Experience in a medical office or customer service is preferred.
