Responsibilities

• Register patients for outpatient and inpatient services and verify insurance.
• Collect patient financial liability payments and ensure eligibility and Medicare requirements.
• Provide general information to patients, families, and physician offices.
• Process payments timely and ensure claims are billed accurately.
