Responsibilities

• Collect accurate demographic and billing data during registration with high accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff, ensuring information is legible and understood.
• Obtain and verify insurance benefits and eligibility for services.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain authorizations and resolve coverage issues.
• Follow written and verbal instructions consistently.
• Collaborate with staff to achieve revenue targets and patient satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Keep forms and supplies stocked and re-order when needed.
