• Experience with general office equipment and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Greet external and internal customers entering the clinic in a cordial manner.
• Answer phones, interview callers, screen inquiries and direct to the correct department.
• Admit patients by verifying demographic information, scanning insurance cards and photo IDs.
• Collect co-pays and work with Revenue Cycle for financial questions.
• Make decisions with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
