Job summary

ScionHealth is seeking a Patient Access & Intake Coordinator to streamline referrals and admission workflows. You will support the Business Development and Central Access and Authorizations Team (CAAT), ensuring timely initiation and management of referrals, accurate data entry, and effective communication across departments.

You will act as a liaison between Business Development, facility leadership, and CAAT, coordinating bed availability, patient readiness, and necessary approvals, with focus

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient needs for bed, equipment, and services to the hospital team.
• Maintain accuracy of pending referral logs and assist with process improvements.
• Support bed assignments and admission paperwork in collaboration with facility staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and CAAT process knowledge expansion.
