Job summary

Spokane Falls Community College seeks a Pathways Specialist 2 to plan, organize, and coordinate Pathways operations. You will maintain contact with Pathway students and faculty, provide wrap-around student services, and support program reviews across pathways.

Responsibilities include data analysis, collaboration with Counseling and Student Affairs, and coordinating communications and outreach for Pathway activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse students, faculty and staff.
• High proficiency in Excel and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and technical assistance to Pathway students and faculty.
• Attend meetings and present Pathway-related topics and interventions.
• Analyze data on student performance and progression to support retention.
• Assist with admission, recruitment and enrollment activities for Pathways.
• Coordinate and support Pathway guidelines and program reviews.
