Responsibilities

• Build and manage deep, trust-based employer partnerships in infrastructure and skilled trades.
• Move partnerships from relationships to formal MOUs with defined commitments.
• Identify cost-sharing opportunities and funding to support partnerships.
• Coordinate pathway launches, curriculum design, and readiness training with employers.
