The Salvation Army is seeking a full-time Pathway of Hope Coordinator in Dodge City, KS to coordinate social services and provide direct assistance or referrals based on established POH criteria. You will conduct screenings, develop case plans, and partner with staff to support housing stability and financial growth for families with minor children.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in human services or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in case management preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse families using a strength-based approach.
