Children of America, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily school operations, supervise classrooms, and implement age-appropriate educational programs.

The role includes maintaining records and generating reports to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards are met. Ideal candidates have a CDA credential or a degree in Early Childhood Development and experience in childcare management.

Qualifications

• Meets state age requirement for COA eligibility.
• Has a CDA credential or a degree in Early Childhood Development or related field.
• Work experience in childcare with management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and classroom management.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for children.
• Maintain records and generate regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize activities and events such as field trips and conferences.
• Serve as third-level management in the absence of the School Director.
