Job summary

Capital Choice Pathology Lab at Adventist HealthCare in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking an experienced Pathology Support Tech Supervisor. You will manage schedules, staffing, and coverage across multiple sites, supervise staff, and coordinate onboarding and training.

Responsibilities include supporting billing workflows with QuickBooks, driving process improvements, developing SOPs, and ensuring CAP, safety, and privacy compliance while maintaining service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ year of laboratory experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating scheduling.
• Familiar with SOPs, CAP, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and coverage across sites.
