Job summary

Caris Life Sciences in the United States is seeking a Pathology Solutions Consultant to advise pathology labs and providers on specimen management and operational performance for molecular testing. You will assess current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance specimen quality and testing success.

The role collaborates with Commercial, Laboratory Operations, IT, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, related STEM, or equivalent
Minimum of five years of experience in pathology operations or related healthcare field
Experience conducting customer-facing workflow assessments
Experience presenting findings to leadership
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to travel extensively

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for pathology workflows and laboratory operations
Conduct onsite and virtual pathology workflow assessments
Develop consultative recommendations to improve specimen quality and turnaround times
Lead customer engagements and workflow mapping sessions
Create educational materials and implementation resources
Monitor progress and propose corrective actions as needed
